The Chaise Longue LC4 is a supremely ergonomic piece of design – an ideal place to sit or lie and spend a little time unwinding. Or much longer. However, that is only part of its appeal. This is also a masterpiece of 20th century design, combining high quality materials with an approach to form that is at once minimalist and sensual. Our Chaise Longue LC4 is carefully crafted, with a high quality stainless steel bow frame on a metal base. The leather seat itself, appearing to almost float above, is available in a wide range of colours.
The Chaise Longue LC4 was designed by the same team as high quality reproductions of which are also offered by Decomica. Available here with a black full grain Italian leather upholstery finish.
In 1928, Le Corbusier, Charlotte Perriand and Pierre Jeanneret designed the classic LC4 Chaise Lounge Chair. Tagged by Le Corbusier himself as “the relaxing machine” The LC4 is included in the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
The LC4 Chaise Longue is Elegant, sophisticated and entirely eye-catching.
The chaise is easily adjustable by moving the curved seat, which is not attached to the LC4’s frame. This modern classic makes a wonderfully versatile and stylish addition to any home or workplace.
This exclusive Chaise Longue LC4 offers complete body comfort. The ergonomic swing echoes the body’s natural curve while the slide on the base allows ranges of relaxing sitting angles.
With its tubular steel structure along with its Eco-leather base makes all this possible.
